This website, mimoguard.com, is operated by MimoGuard, Calle de Oberón 12, 28030 Madrid, Spain. Email: mimoguard.com@gmail.com. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Products and safety

MimoGuard is a soft, cushioned backpack designed to add padding behind a baby's head and upper back during play. It is not a safety helmet or a medical device, it does not guarantee protection against injury, and it never replaces adult supervision. Always follow the fit and care instructions, check the product before each use, and stop using it if it is damaged. Do not use it while your baby is sleeping or unattended.

We make every effort to show products and colors accurately, but screens vary and small differences may occur.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is taken when you place your order.

5. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy and returns in our Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Reviews and content you send us

If you submit a review, photo or message, you confirm it is honest and yours to share, and you allow us to display it on our Site and marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

8. Intellectual property

The MimoGuard name, logo, texts and design of this Site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after the update.
