Track your order
As soon as your order ships, we send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you can't find it.
How to track
- Open the shipping confirmation email and click Track your order.
- Or copy your tracking number and paste it at 17track.net, which follows your parcel across carriers.
Delivery times
Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days and usually delivered in 7–20 business days. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show the first update after shipping.
Need help?
If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of purchase, or tracking shows no movement for 10 days, email us at mimoguard.com@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
