Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free and tracked on every order.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–20 business days. The estimated delivery window is shown on the product page before you buy. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs checks, weather or holidays.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link. You can find more help on our Track your order page.

Import fees

You should not be asked to pay any extra fees on delivery. If a carrier ever requests a customs or import fee, please contact us before paying and we will help you.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible; we can update the address only before the order ships.

Lost or late packages

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of purchase, or tracking shows no movement for 10 days, email us at mimoguard.com@gmail.com and we will investigate and send a replacement or refund if the package is lost.
